Top 147 Snooker Club Hosts 2011 USSA Tour Event 4

The 2011 United States Snooker Association (USSA) Tour, sponsored by Aramith Billiard Balls and Strachan West Of England snooker cloth, makes a return to Brooklyn, New York, over this weekend of April 9 & 10, for Event 4 to be hosted by the Top 147 Snooker Club.
It is the second year that the Top 147 Snooker Club has hosted a USSA Tour event, after last year's successful staging was won by Brooklyn's Raymond Fung who defeated Omar Balsara from Washington DC in the final. Fung, the 2004 United States National Snooker Championship runner-up, however will not be there to defend his title as earlier this year he announced his retirement from playing snooker.
The Top 147 Snooker Club has six BLP full-sized snooker tables which are manufactured by the Taishan Biaoli Billiard Sports Equipment Company based in Taishan City in the Guangdong province of China, all beautifully covered in Strachan 6811 snooker cloth.

This Tour event will be played using an initial round-robin roup format with matches being played over the best-of-three frames, with the qualifying players then advancing into the best-of-five frames quarterfinal matches. The semifinal matches will be played over the best-of-five frames too, with the final played over the best-of-seven frames.
